Marty Meth and Todd Tweaker decide to rob Mel’s liquor store. Marty gets a billy club and Todd gets a 12-gauge shotgun with a 12-inch barrel. They arrive at Mel’s liquor store and see the owner, Mel, by himself in the store behind the counter. They did not know that Mel had been robbed numerous times and kept a loaded revolver behind the counter. Both Marty and Todd put ski masks on and enter the store with their weapons displayed, announcing, “This is a robbery!” Mel is fast on the draw and pulls his revolver and shoots at the robbers. His bullet strikes and kills Todd. Marty runs out of the store. Nothing was stolen.
Barney hates his job and his boss Jared at Subway. He decides to burn down the Subway building late at night. Barney gets help from his good friend Fred. They plan to light the fire at 3 AM and Fred provides a gas can come from home. They both buy a gallon of gasoline from the Chevron near the Subway and Barney buys a Bic lighter at the 7-11 next door. Barney soaks the rear of the Subway building with gasoline and Fred lights the gasoline with the lighter. Both run from the area. They are not aware that Dino, the janitor, is in the building. Dino dies in the fire.
Al K. Hollic was driving his Toyota Camry with a blood alcohol level of.22, well over the legal limit of.08. He was driving 80 mph westbound on Hwy 80 in Richmond and rear-ended a slower moving car. The collision caused the struck vehicle to leave the roadway, roll over and burst into flames. Two people in the car died in the collision.
Dave Dumpy and Teddy Tipsy are drunk at the bar. One is a Raiders fan and one is a 49ers fan. They start an argument over who is the better team and Dave calls Teddy a, “Fat inconsiderate Red-Neck Peckerwood…” Teddy gets in Dave’s face and offers several insults about Dave’s “Fat Mama.” Dave threatens to “kill” Fat Teddy for insulting his Mama. Dave sucker punches Teddy and lands a right fist on Teddy’s chin. Teddy falls to the floor and he strikes his head on the cement floor. Teddy is taken by ambulance and pronounced dead at the hospital.
Billy Bubb and Freddy Frudd decide to rob a store. Both enter the store and while Billy points the BB gun at the clerk, Freddy empties the register. Billy is questioned about the authenticity of his gun, gets mad, and hits the clerk over the head with the BB gun. Freddy gets the money from the register and grabs a slim-jim on the way out the door. Both get in their car and as they are quickly driving away, Billy runs over and kills a homeless pedestrian, who was walking on the sidewalk.
Betty Booty hates her husband and is having an affair with Fast Freddy. Betty and Freddy agree that Betty should kill her husband. Freddy supplies Betty with a handgun equipped with a silencer. They decide to make it appear the killing was committed by an intruder. They dress up like Ninjas and both climb through a back window, which leads into the house. They find the husband, who appears to be asleep in his easy chair. Unknown to both Betty and Freddy, the husband is sitting there dead from a heart attack. Betty raises the gun up to her husband but has second thoughts and cannot fire. She hands the gun to Freddy, who pulls the trigger, putting a slug in the husband’s head.
